Marangole Chianti Classico DOCG Grand Selection
Marangole Chianti Classico DOCG Grand Selection
Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Marangole takes its name from one of the
oldest single vineyards, covering just over five hectares and
located at an altitude of between 400 and 500 meters. Marangole is a Sangiovese faithful to the Radda in Chianti territory, with a
distinct freshness, present but elegant tannins, and a unique crispness.
Part of the wine ferments in ancient amphorae, where it macerates on the skins for about 4 months and then ages for another 11 months. The remaining wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for about 15 months. After blending, it undergoes a minimum of 15 months of bottle aging.
