Marangole Chianti Classico DOCG Grand Selection
The Marangole vineyard is located at about 400 meters above sea level and enjoys a south/southeast exposure. A portion of the wine ferments in terracotta amphorae, where it macerates on the skins for about 4 months and then ages for another 11 months. The remaining wine ferments in stainless steel and rests in large Slavonian oak barrels for about 15 months, followed by a minimum of 15 months of bottle aging.
